Ultra-Fine Denier Nylon Staple Fiber (2D×76mm) is made from high-quality PA6 material, featuring 2-denier fineness and 76mm length for exceptional lightweight, softness, and strength. Ideal for premium applications:

• Medical Use: Surgical gowns, mask filtration layers, medical nonwovens (skin-friendly & safe);

• Apparel: Luxury underwear, sportswear fabrics (enhanced breathability & comfort);

• Precision Filtration: Air/liquid filter media (low resistance & high efficiency).
  The fibers disperse evenly and process easily via needle-punching/hydroentangling, offering superior drape and durability. Custom specifications available.
