50D/24F Raw White Semi-Dull Round for Premium Faux Fur

The innovative 50-denier fine filament structure with 24-hole multi-fiber configuration achieves an ultra-soft 2.08-denier per filament touch while maintaining excellent yarn strength. The semi-dull treatment creates a natural matte finish, eliminating the artificial shine typical of synthetic fibers. Combined with round cross-section fibers that enhance three-dimensional loftiness, the finished pile exhibits the plush density and smooth hand feel of genuine animal fur.

The raw white base provides outstanding color fastness for subsequent dyeing processes. Particularly suitable for producing high-end faux fur fabrics with specifications of 200-400g/m² weight and 2-5mm pile height. Perfectly balances sustainability requirements with luxury texture for applications in plush toys, fashion fur trims, and other premium applications.
