Product Description:
This is a high-quality acrylic (polyacrylonitrile) staple fiber with the following key features:

• Key Property: It has a defined Melting Point of 230-240°C. This characteristic allows the fiber to melt upon heating instead of burning, making it an ideal raw material for producing flame-retardant textiles and thermally bonded non-woven fabrics (such as hot-air cotton and spray-bonded cotton). When heated, the fibers melt and bond with the surrounding materials, forming a stable and bulky non-woven structure.

• Safety Certification: It is Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 Certified. This indicates that the product has passed rigorous independent testing, ensuring it is free from harmful substances (such as carcinogenic dyes, heavy metals, formaldehyde) and meets ecological requirements. It is safe for direct skin contact, providing a crucial safety endorsement for downstream products (e.g., apparel, home textiles, toy filling).

• Fiber Specifications:

  • 1.5D (Denier): This is the unit of fiber fineness. 1.5D is an ultra-fine denier, which gives the final product a softer, smoother hand feel and better drape.

  • 64MM (Length): This is the fiber length. A 64mm length is well-suited for spinning processes, allowing it to be spun purely or blended with other fibers (like cotton or wool) to improve the yarn's performance and quality.
