• Base Material: Virgin Acrylic Staple Fiber. Made from pristine, non-recycled acrylic, it ensures consistent quality, purity, and excellent spinnability, delivering a reliably soft and plush hand feel ideal for direct contact with children's skin.

• Key Safety Feature: Flame Resistance & Self-Extinguishing. The fiber is specially modified to be flame-resistant and self-extinguishing. This means it does not readily ignite when exposed to a flame and will stop burning on its own once the ignition source is removed, significantly reducing fire hazard and helping to comply with international toy safety standards (e.g., EU EN71).

• Specifications & Form: 1.5Dx38mm, Flat Semi-Dull.

  • 1.5 Denier: An ultra-fine denier that provides exceptional softness, crucial for the premium, smooth texture of high-end stuffed toys.

  • 38mm Length: A standard staple length ideal for spinning and non-woven processes.
